Sexual Concerns
For many people, sexuality and erotic desire is a major part of our lives. Sometimes we may experience discrepant desires within a partnered relationship. Other times, we may experience sexual concerns about our identity, including orientation and/or gender expression, or about our relationship structures.
Many patients I work with have nonconforming relationship styles, such as identifying as nonmonogamous, polyamorous, ethically/consensually nonmonogamous and/or nonhierarchical relationship structures such as relationship anarchy. Many patients in my practice may also be working through questions related to their sexual and gender expression or experiencing sexual disorders.
How I Can Help
By empowering patients to express themselves in ways that feel good sexually, they feel supported when facing challenges with various sexual disorders.
I am actively receiving continuing education to be a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists. I regularly receive instruction and consultation on a broad range of sexual concerns and disorders.
